From bean to cup: and the whole
tale in between.

Even some of the most passionate coffee lovers are amazed when they see a green coffee bean for the first time. This made me think that people may want to know more about what I do, where coffee comes from, how it is grown, processed and roasted. But also how it can be made well, how time and grind size affects flavour – basically everything required to do my job well. For a while I hosted a Coffee Roasting Experience on the AirBnB platform, but now I just want to do it more occasionally and for groups of 5 – 8 people at a time. About 2 – 3 hours long, and perfect for enthusiasts and a team building exercise. I even had a bachelor party once, which I guess was organised by the bride-to-be.
